We’re the Center for Ethics, Governance, and Accountability (CEGA). We specialize in positioning non-profit organizations to achieve a competitive fundraising advantage through proactive organizational excellence.

We’ve chosen to be an Internet-based provider of compliance documentation, policies, and recommendations for the non-profit sector. We can serve your needs quickly, effectively, and at low cost.

Given these challenging economic times, we expect a great number of non-profits will lose their funding and be forced to close their doors. However, we believe the non-profit sector is uniquely positioned to address many of our national issues, so we seek to provide a proactive opportunity for organizational excellence that leads to sustainability.

What Do We Do?

Our Mission has 3 components:

1. Exceed IRS requirements for charitable compliance by providing required and aggressive up-to-date policies in the areas of Ethics, Governance, and Accountability.
2. Leverage proactive and enhanced compliance into a competitive fundraising advantage among your peer organizations through our Certification program.
3. Facilitate and encourage dialogue among selected non-profits whose mission and principles are genuinely guided by ethics, governance, and accountability.
